Mr. Huston's practice area is civil litigation with special emphasis in personal injury accidents, products liability and worker's compensation. He has spoken at continuing legal education seminars on the topics of trial practice and workers compensation. Mr. Huston has tried numerous jury cases in both State and Federal courts and has obtained many favorable verdicts. He has also obtained many permanent total settlements and awards, principally with back cases and occupational disease cases in the workers' compensation arena. Mr. Huston recently negotiated a seven figure settlement in a chemical exposure lawsuit.
