Graduated cum laude from Rutgers College in 1986 and from Rutgers School of Law, Camden in 1989. Mr. Burke was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the Federal District Court, District of New Jersey in 1989 and the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1990. From 1989-1990 he served a one-year judicial clerkship with the honorable Michael Patrick King, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Mr. Burke entered private practice in 1990 and joined the firm in 1996, becoming a partner in 1999. He is primarily engaged in legal malpractice defense, accounting malpractice defense, fraud investigation and general insurance defense litigation.
