Frank I. Powers is an owner/stockholder of the firm. Mr. Powers was born in Illinois and made Phoenix, Arizona his home in 1990. Mr. Powers obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Arizona State University 1986. Mr. Powers obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1990 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he also served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Powers devotes his law practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others. Mr. Powers serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court. Mr. Powers is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a professional organization that recognizes the accomplishments of lawyers who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients. Mr. Powers has also been a presenter at seminars. Mr. Powers lives in the Phoenix area and is active in several professional and civic organizations.
