Behnam Dayanim co-chairs AVH's Litigation and Regulatory Group. Based in the Washington, DC office, Mr. Dayanim counsels clients on regulatory compliance, handles internal and regulatory investigations and is an experienced litigator. He also works extensively in transactional matters, negotiating IT licensing and outsourcing agreements.

Mr. Dayanim has been named a leading lawyer nationally in Chambers USA, Chambers Global, the Legal 500, and International Who's Who Legal, and was honored as a BTI Client Service "All-Star" in 2009. Prior to joining AVH, Mr. Dayanim was a partner with Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP, where he co-chaired that firm's Privacy and Information Security and Advertising practices.
