Judi Silverstein was born in 1965. She is a partner at Wade & Silverstein. Her expertise lies primarily in litigation, technology licensing and contracts, securities compliance, trademark filings, lobbying and negotiations.

Prior to co-founding Wade & Silverstein, Silverstein excelled both as an in-house attorney, where she served as associate corporate counsel for public company (both pre-IPO and post-IPO) and as a law firm attorney, where she served as the Executive Vice President of a successful San Jose law firm.

Silverstein’s success in litigation has led her to successfully represent clients in both jury and non-jury trials, which has included representing clients in pre-litigation disputes, mediation and arbitration matters. Silverstein’s many specialties include representing public companies, where she has been involved in the drafting of 10qs, annual reports and other SEC filings. Silverstein has counseled client management on the plethora of legal issues facing public companies, works continuously to protect and register trademarks and manages client trademark prosecutions and filings.

Silverstein has successfully lobbied both local and national government officials to implement policies which favor her client, and to enter into contracts directly with her client to facilitate client growth. Silverstein regularly performs lobbyist duties.

Silverstein also has extensive expertise in negotiating, drafting and modifying high technology licenses and transfer agreements of every type, including distribution agreements, end user licenses, OEM agreements, publishing agreements, joint development agreements, technology partnering agreements, manufacturing agreements, development agreements, and agreements relating to the acquisition of intangible property. She has expertise in drafting stock purchase agreements, stock subscription agreements, co-sale agreements, investors rights agreements, stock certificates, securities filings, etc.

Silverstein has conducted trainings and workshops for attorneys and has given lectures at colleges as a guest speaker.
