David Neuville is a US capital markets lawyer who has been representing Asian issuers and underwriters from his base in Hong Kong since 1994. David's practice is focused on offerings of equity and debt securities for companies throughout North and Southeast Asia, with a particular emphasis on India and China, and additional experience in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and Singapore. His practice experience also includes acting in numerous merger and acquisition, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
David's experience includes offerings of equity, depositary receipts, convertible bonds, straight debt securities, and high-yield debt including, among many others, recent equity or rights offerings by India's Hindalco Industries Limited, KSK Energy Ventures Limited, and PTC India Limited and high-yield debt offerings by Hong Kong's CITIC Resources Limited and China's Parkson Retail Group Limited.
In addition to his issuer representations, David has acted in India and China for affiliates of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Kotak Mahindra, Royal Bank of Scotland, and numerous other investment banking institutions.
