Lawyer Overview

Dr. Barry Lang, M.D., P.C. has been a physician since 1970 and has practiced orthopedic surgery for over 22 years. As lead trial counsel, he has represented clients throughout the Commonwealth, as well as in Rhode Island (pro hac vice), in both State and Federal courts. Dr. Lang maintains an active medical license and regularly attends continuing medical education courses covering the gamut of medical and surgical practice including obstetrics and gynecology, to keep abreast of current practice methods to better serve his clients in medical negligence and personal injury lawsuits. He lectures on medical negligence to attorneys, physicians and hospital risk managers. His knowledge of medicine gives him the necessary edge for a successful medical negligence practice.
