The firm is thoroughly experienced in all aspects of financing business projects, business expansions and specialized real estate acquisitions and expansions utilizing taxable and tax-exempt Industrial Revenue Bonds, U.S. Small Business Administration loans and NYS Job Development Authority financing. The firm also has attorneys who handle personal injury matters, management labor relations and landlord-tenant issues.
