Since 1972, the law firm now known as The Farrell Law Group has assisted thousands of individuals and small to mid-sized businesses. We are a general practice firm concentrating our practice primarily in the areas of:

In franchising and immigration, we assist clients nationwide. In business law and estate planning, our practice is centered in our home state of North Carolina. In each area, our lawyers have handled hundreds of matters.

Firm Philosophy

The Farrell Law Group is a small law firm with a strong commitment to client service. Our attorneys work closely with clients to assess their needs and then determine the course of action that best fits their needs.

Many of our clients are businesses or businesspeople, and of course cost-effective legal representation is a primary concern. Our attorneys are very careful not to bring clients down unnecessary and costly paths. For instance, in our estate planning practice, we do not put clients through unnecessarily complicated estate plans when simple wills, powers of attorney and health care directives will suffice.
