Lawyer Overview

Chair, Labor and Employment Group.  Focuses practice in labor and employment law, real estate and land use, zoning, and planning matters, and employment compliance, regulation and litigation.  Represents employers in defense of lawsuits claiming age, racial and wage discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower issues, among others.

Represents commercial, retail, food service, industrial, recreational facility, and retirement community and residential development applicants in obtaining project approvals from municipal planning and zoning boards in matters relating to subdivision, zoning, site development and modification.  Also handles environmental compliance and permitting, regulation and litigation matters.
