Lawyer Overview

I am founder and Senior Partner of my firm, which specializes in personal injury litigation. I have appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court and have had numerous published state and federal court decisions.  Many of my cases have received national media attention, including my successful representation of the deaf community against a large, national electronics retailer.  I am the national fundraising chairman for the RRP Foundation and host the annual Law Day celebration benefiting the Fairfax Bar Foundation's Pro Bono Programs.

I am currently representing a family that lost their father in a plant explosion in Kinston, North Carolina.

In another case, I represented a man who received a brain injury in a motor vehicle accident that was recorded as the largest motor vehicle accident in the state of Ohio.

At my firm, we handle only cases in personal injury.  I recently served on the Fairfax County Bar Association Judicial selection committee involved in selecting our new judge. I also served as officiator for the Fairfax County Court and a neutral case evaluator for the circuit court.

My wife, Maura and I, have two daughters, Maurissa and Brianna.
