Prior to joining AMC in 2005, Mr. Tabrisky was in private practice for several years litigating complex personal injury, commercial and insurance coverage matters on behalf of foreign and domestic insurers. From 1996 to 2003, he was a named partner in a boutique law firm specializing in admiralty and maritime law and commercial marine insurance advising clients on various insurance and general commercial liability coverage matters.
He is Associate Editor of American Maritime Cases and is widely published in the insurance coverage and maritime fields. In addition, Mr. Tabrisky has numerous successful published decisions.
