I am Attorney Lindsey B Whisenhant and I have been practicing law and serving the people of Southeast Texas since 1990. I have strong ties to the community and a deep commitment to the success of my clients. I can be aggressive when it's called for (especially in personal injury lawsuits), but far more important for the success of my clients, I'm thorough, prepared, and I treat people with respect.

By encouraging an atmosphere of reasonableness, I'm able to resolve conflicts faster, with less expense, and often with greater satisfaction for my clients. A calm and reasonable approach is particularly effective in helping family law clients resolve divorce and child custody issues amicably. After all, you may need to co-parent with your former partner for years to come.

Treating others with respect has earned me the respect of my peers in the legal community and the judges I work with and I am well known in local Texas courts. I'm admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court, 1994.

I am a member of numerous legal associations, including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association, the Tyler County Bar Association, and the State Bar Association of Texas. I'm also active in the community as a member of the Woodville Lions Club and the First Baptist Church.
