Shawn Rediger is a Senior Attorney in the Seattle office whose practice focuses on litigation, particularly concerning real estate matters and creditor-debtor relationships.  Her clients include buyers, sellers, financial institutions, landlords and tenants, brokers, escrows and title insurance companies.  She has also represented debtors under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, debtors-in-possession, secured and unsecured creditors and leasing companies.  She has represented businesses and individuals in all facets of collections, including prejudgment and post judgment remedies.  Ms. Rediger is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
