Lawyer Overview

Mark Palin is a partner in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. He has over twenty years of experience in business and employment litigation and is an accomplished trial lawyer with extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations, class actions, and bench and jury trials.

Mr. Palin has handled numerous commercial and employment cases in the areas of wage and hour, wrongful termination, real estate, vendor disputes, product liability, antitrust, unfair business practices and a variety of other business disputes. Mr. Palin has tried class action cases on behalf of major national retailers and other major corporations. He has also litigated cases involving trade secrets, UCC, trademarks, franchises, credit reporting, personal injury, toxic tort, and corporate and partnership disputes. Mr. Palin joined the firm from Arter and Hadden, where he served as managing partner of Arter's Irvine, San Diego and San Francisco offices.

Mr. Palin is the past president of the Orange County Federal Bar Association. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Palin has also served as an FBA delegate to the 9th Circuit.

He lectures on a variety of topics and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Youth and Family Services, a non-profit community service organization.
