The Law Firm of M. Paul Fischer, P.C. was established to meet the needs of clients who desire experienced attorneys to address a variety of practices areas. The firm focuses its practice on complex family law issues, personal injury claims, criminal defense, complex civil litigation and juvenile law issues. The firm serves local, regional and national clients in these practice areas.

The Law Firm of M. Paul Fischer, P.C. has attorneys with over 70 years of experience in these areas. M. Paul Fischer, has practiced law in Mesa, Arizona for thirty five years. Formerly a partner with Killian, Nicholas, Fischer, Wirken, Cook & Pew, P.L.C., Mr. Fischer established his own firm on July 1, 1997, with the specific goal of establishing a firm that could serve its clients' needs in the most cost effective and technologically advanced method possible.

Mr. Fischer focuses his practice on helping his clients in dealing with complex litigation issues, including pre-divorce and post-divorce matters, personal injury, negligence, civil claims, criminal defense and juvenile law issues.

The firm also includes Thomas J. Griggs, an attorney practicing law in Arizona for 24 years. Mr. Griggs has been certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Family Law Specialist, and has enjoyed that distinction since 1993. Mr. Griggs limits his practice to issues involving family law.

Mary Ann Hess has practiced law for eleven years, and has been with the firm since its inception. Ms. Hess' practice focuses mainly on family law issues and assisting her clients with their personal injury claims.
