He was licensed in the State of Hawaii in 1978 and in the State of Florida in 1997. Mr. Simons has served as a panelist and educator for the Hawaii Bar Association at the annual Bar convention and for the State of Hawaii’s Judges lecturing both lawyers and judges on employment law and litigation strategies. He has also served as a panelist in workshops and seminars.
