Mr. Bruni has practiced law in South Central Wisconsin since 1989, and joined Murphy Desmond S.C. in 2003.  His practice emphasizes municipal, business, employment, intellectual property, real estate, contracts, estate planning, and probate, as well as civil litigation related to those areas of law.  Mr. Bruni is co-chair of the firm's Municipal Law Practice Group.

Mr. Bruni has had substantial experience representing municipal clients as a City or Village Attorney on a wide variety of issues, including police and fire commission, employment, disciplinary issues, contracts, ordinance and resolution drafting, and prosecution.

In addition, Mr. Bruni assists clients with many legal issues that confront business owners, including the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, contracts, collections, employment issues, formation and organization of business entities, such as corporations and limited liability companies, construction disputes, intellectual property issues, and litigation.

Mr. Bruni advises individual clients with the purchase and sale of homes, and their estate planning needs, including wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, and marital property agreements. Mr. Bruni also represents individuals in civil litigation regarding a variety of issues, including real estate, consumer fraud, construction, employment, and probate disputes.
