Based in Chicago, IL, our firm was founded in 1980 by Thomas R. Meites  and Lynn S. Frackman. The firm has grown to five partners (four based in Chicago, one based in New York, NY) and two associates. The firm's guiding principle is to pursue cases that have a positive impact on society by advocating on behalf of classes of workers, investors, consumers, and others whose legal rights have been denied. Meites, Mulder, Mollica & Glink represents plaintiffs in nationwide class actions and multi-party complex litigation in federal and state courts, focusing on employment discrimination , workplace benefits, whistleblower actions, consumer rights, and securities litigation.

Meites, Mulder, Mollica & Glink has become a national leader in handling large, complex class actions and multi-plaintiff lawsuits in Illinois and throughout the United States. The firm has successfully represented the rights of plaintiffs against numerous corporate and state defendants, including Merrill Lynch, Mitsubishi, Sears, Shell, Amoco, McDonnell-Douglas, United Airlines, and General Motors.

Two of the firm's partners, Thomas R. Meites and Paul W. Mollica, were recognized by their peers as two of the top Illinois lawyers for 2003 by the Leading Lawyers Network. Chambers and Partners USA , which ranks America's leading business lawyers, awarded our firm a rare ranking of 1 (one of only three such rankings for Illinois plaintiff-side employment firms) in its 2003 rankings. Founding partner Thomas R. Meites  received an appointment from the President of the United States in 2003 to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Services Corporation, a government body that oversees all the national legal services programs in the country and ensures that free legal assistance is available to low-income Americans. Mr. Meites sees this appointment to the LSC as an opportunity to help more Americans gain access to legal services in areas like employment, fair housing and consumer rights.
