His background in debtor/creditor matters includes private workouts commercial collections, liens and lien foreclosure. Murph has substantial experience in the arbitration of customer-broker disputes and claims involving securities and other business matters. He has defended class action and FLSA collective action cases. Murph acts as special environmental counsel for several municipalities and prosecutes ordinance violations. He has successfully litigated matters involving municipal waste, pollution, underground storage tanks, spill events, air releases, and black mold.
