The firm of Weik, Nitsche and Dougherty is dedicated to representing their clients to the fullest. The diverse practice of the firm includes personal injury, workers compensation and family law. The firm's senior partner, Joseph W. Weik, served as president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association from 1997 to 1998. Gary Nitsche will serve as president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers in the year 2000 to 2001. Both partners practice in the area of personal injury and workers compensation claims. Shawn Dougherty practices extensively in the area of family law. All three partners have substantial trial and appellate experience. They frequently serve as speakers with regard to continuing legal education seminars. The support staff is trained to handle the special needs of our clients. Convenient parking is offered adjacent to the downtown Wilmington office. There is also a Newark office located on the Kirkwood Highway to serve the needs of our clients in suburban New Castle County.
