CREDENTIALS
Bob Steiert began trying cases in 1978, while working as a student attorney with the Colorado Public Defender's Office in Boulder.  After graduating from law school, he was employed as a trial attorney by the Public Defender's Office in Littleton and by Hall & Evans, a large insurance defense firm.  Bob joined Miller & Steiert in 1986.

Bob earned extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, including those involving motor vehicle collisions, aviation accidents, products liability, premises liability, medical, chiropractic and legal malpractice, civil rights, bad faith and defamation.  

Bob also represented both employers and employees in employment disputes generally handling claims involving employment agreements, change of control agreements, overtime compensation, non-compete agreements and trade secrets.

PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
Bob has frequently lectured at legal education programs, and has held a number of leadership positions with the Colorado Trial Lawyer's Association. He is also a member of the Arapahoe County and Colorado Bar Associations, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association, and the Denver Tech Center Rotary Club.
