Greg Lippetz focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on complex, high-stakes patent litigation. Greg has experience assembling large teams, including appropriate technical expertise, and managing those teams to achieve business-driven goals ranging from early stage settlement to trial. In addition to large patent litigations, Greg has extensive experience in trade secret, copyright, antitrust, and unfair competition cases. While Greg represents clients in numerous industries, he has particularly deep experience representing telecommunications equipment, computer hardware, and software companies.

Greg is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco (recipient, "Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service Award," 2006).
