Mr. Ganley has taught business-related courses at the University of Hawaii. Mr. Ganley's background is in civil litigation and when he was litigating full-time he was listed in the publication "Best Lawyers in America." Mr. Ganley is the author of many professional articles and was a member of his school's Law Review. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a trustee for the Estate of S.M. Damon and has been instrumental in its transfer of its commercial subdivisions, businesses and thousands of acres in agriculture in Hawaii and the West Coast. Mr. Ganley is also a corporate director of various business and financial institutions including Hawaii's largest bank First Hawaiian.

Revisions to Federal Laws On behalf of the American Psychological Association worked with Chairman Senator Ted Kennedy and other United States Senators in revising Federal Penal Code provisions dealing with admissibility of testimony by psychologists and psychiatrists.
