Lawyer Overview

Bob Estep practices in the areas of corporate finance and general corporate and securities law, with particularly extensive transactional experience in public and private securities offerings, federal securities law compliance advice, mergers and acquisitions, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and corporate governance issues. He has represented public and privately owned industrial, service, retail, and "high-tech" companies; underwriters; and institutional and private investors.

Bob served as coordinator for the Dallas Office corporate practice for many years and led over 60 lawyers engaged in practices in the areas of corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, health care law, commercial lending and structured finance, business restructuring and reorganization, and related practices.

Bob is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Special Forces Association.
