Lawyer Overview
Pam Fulmer is an experienced litigator representing clients in copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, and other intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. Her clients include companies on the cutting edge of technology, entertainment, and media. In her trial practice, Pam's cases have included technologies involving e-commerce and the internet, cellular communications, email messaging and security, computer hardware and software, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and consumer products. Pam has successfully tried cases in private arbitration, winning millions of dollars for her clients. Notably, she won a $33 million award in an international arbitration involving a contract for the design and implementation of a clinical trials program.
Pam is the president of the board of directors of the Bar Association of San Francisco Foundation and is a member of the fund raising subcommittee. She also sits on the board of the Historical Society of the Northern District of California. Pam is a member of the San Francisco, California, and American Bar Associations and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. She is a former two-term member of the Edward J. McFetridge Inn of Court and has served on the program committee for BayBio. In the San Francisco Office of Jones Day, Pam chairs the diversity committee and is a member of the business development committee. She also serves on Jones Day's national diversity task force and is the co-chairperson of the Firm's women's initiative.
