Lawyer Overview

Pam Fulmer is an experienced litigator concentrating primarily on patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property disputes. In her trial practice, Pam has represented companies in a number of critical technology industries involving patents in e-commerce and the Internet, computer hardware and software, medical devices, biotechnology, and consumer products. Pam's clients include companies on the cutting edge of technology, entertainment, and media. She has been selected by her peers as a "Super Lawyer in Northern California," in a joint research project of San Francisco and Law & Politics magazines.

In addition to litigating complex cases in courts around the nation, Pam has successfully tried intellectual property cases in private arbitration, winning millions of dollars for her clients. Notably, she won a $33 million award in an international arbitration involving the design and implementation of a clinical trial's program. She recently successfully represented a patentee in the arbitration of a licensing dispute involving GPS technology.

Pam has served on the Program Committee for BayBio and is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the litigation and the business law sections of the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association. She is a former two-term member of the Edward J. McFetridge Inn of Court. She also sits on the board of directors for the Historical Society of the Northern District of California.
