Lawyer Overview
Eric M. Lieberman was born and raised in Schuylkill County. He makes his home in the Yorkville section of Pottsville with his wife Jennifer and three beautiful daughters, Anna (age 7), Livia (age 6) and Emma (age 2). He is a proud graduate of Nativity B.V.M. high school and gives back to the school as a Vice President of the Green Wave Association and Nativity advisory board member. Eric's wife, Jennifer is also a graduate of Nativity. She furthered her education earning a masters degree from Miseracordia University. Jennifer is employed as a physical therapist at Seton Manor nursing home in Orwigsburg. The girls attend All Saints Catholic School except for Emma, who is in pre-school. Eric has become very active in the Schuylkill County Bar Association. He co-chaired the law Day Committee for several years and is now a member of the Bar Association Board of Directors. In addition to the law related activities, Eric has become actively involved in community and economic development and civic organizations. He was appointed the first Vice President of Mahanoy Downtown, Inc., an organization dedicated to improving the designated business district on the Borough of Mahanoy City. He is also the legal advisor for the Mahanoy City Public Library and the Schuylkill County Young Professionals. Eric recently joined Pottsville Rotary Club and is a 2nd Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. The Lieberman's belong to St. John the Baptist Church in Pottsville where Eric and Jennifer are actively involved. Eric has gained a significant amount of courtroom experience in his time as a lawyer in Schuylkill County. Over half of his practice is dedicated to civil litiation where Eric has been successful in representing his client's interests. Being in a small firm has contributed to Eric's ability to handle many types of cases. His practice areas are listed below.
