Lawyer Overview

I represent the Constitution and our individual rights, first and foremost. When I take on a case, I am protecting my client and every other person in this country from government abuse, failures of due process and the degradation of our civil liberties.  I have always represented the Accused; I've never been a prosecutor, I can't make my mind think like that.  
 
Growing up in Salt Lake City and being immersed in our local culture and customs gives me an advantage with the jury, made up of  our neighbors and fellow Utahans, knowing landmarks, local history and ways of thinking. Investing seven years at the University of Utah, earning two degrees, gives me the secular higher education that you need have in a criminal defense attorney.
