John P. Falcone was born in Flushing, New York and is admitted to the Bar of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Circuit Court for the 11th Circuit. Mr. Falcone received a B.S. degree in Aeronautics from Dowling College in 1985 and a Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1989.

Mr. Falcone has nearly 20 years of experience handling aviation related matters. He has represented domestic and foreign air carriers, aircraft manufacturers, aircraft component part manufacturers, FAA certified Repair Stations, ground handling and service companies, charter operators, terminal operators, military and government contractors, and manufacturers of ground support equipment. His experience also extends to assisting clients with FAA and NTSB related matters including accident investigations and compliance matters.

In addition in the non-aviation arena Mr. Falcone, has experience with general commercial and industrial products, construction related matters, Assisted Living Facility litigation and other commercial and general litigation matters.

Mr. Falcone also provides counseling for clients on liability prevention, product integrity, crisis management, administrative investigations and audits.
