Todd M. Malynn graduated from UCLA in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, as Sayre Macneil Scholar and Order of the Coif in 1995.
 
Mr. Malynn's practice focuses on intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and claims of false advertising and unfair competition.  Mr. Malynn has appeared before all of the courts in the State of California.  Mr. Malynn also has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission, and in federal district courts across the United States.  Mr. Malynn's clients range from high-technology medical device manufacturing companies to neutracutical companies manufacturing dietary supplement, weight-loss and body building products.  Mr. Malynn also represents companies in the computer software gaming industry with licensing and contractual disputes.
