Devlin, Cittadino & Shaw is a Professional Corporation consisting of a team of lawyers, paralegals and other professionals who have chosen to focus our practice on one thing. We use every tool the law provides in order to help people who have been injured or made ill, or whose loved ones have died, obtain the money they need to deal with the very real consequences of these events, such as medical and rehabilitation payments, lost wages and income, lost earning capacity, pain, physical and mental suffering, and loss of enjoyment of life, as well as loss of spousal services.

This means we understand the specialized legal rules that apply to workplace injuries and diseases (Workers' Compensation Law), medical errors (Medical Malpractice Law), automobile crashes (No-Fault and Motor Vehicle Liability Law), slips, trips and falls (General Tort Law), machine and defective device injuries (Product Liability Law) as well as government and private benefit programs (Social Security and Disability Insurance Law).

While many of our clients find us on their own or through the recommendations of friends or relatives, we take special pride in the fact that a significant percentage of the people we assist are referred to us by their personal attorneys, who trust us to take on their client's causes and maintain long term and valued referral relationships with us. We respect the contributions of referring counsel and pay appropriate referral fees in accordance with the Rules of Court and the Rules of Professional Responsibility.

We take our role in peoples lives seriously, and have been recognized for our volunteer efforts within the County Bar Association and Community by being honored with the 2006 "Community Partner Award" by the Mercer County Bar Association.
