Robert Q. Whitwell is a partner of Farese, Farese & Farese P.A. in Ashland, Mississippi. He received his undergraduate degree from Delta State University in 1968 and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi in 1972. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Civil Litigation Award by U. S. Attorney General, William P. Barr, in March, 1992.
