Milwid & Schlosser, P.C. have been helping individuals and small businesses file bankruptcy in Colorado since 1987.  By specializing exclusively in bankruptcy, the firm has, over the years, developed advanced efficiencies to provide excellent and attentive service to clients in a supportive friendly environment, and has successfully processed thousands of cases.

The firm is composed of two attorneys, Mr. Peter Milwid and Mr. C. William Schlosser, Jr., who have practiced together since the firm's inception.  With an excellent and experienced professional staff, our attorneys work as a team to provide clients with the most thorough analysis and best communication possible to obtain a successful discharge of their debts.  The firm also focuses intently on the supportive nature of practice to address the human concerns of people facing bankruptcy to provide a less stressful experience for clients going through difficult financial times.
