Julian Chan is of Counsel to the The Allan Law Group, he has represented companies in legal matters ranging from investments, technology licensing, trademarks, and entertainment contracts in the US and internationally. Julia Zhu, an associate with the firm, was a former judge in China, counsels clients on a broad range of domestic and international corporate matters.
