Lawyer Overview

Mark E. McNabola has personally litigated hundreds of state and federal complex court cases involving claims in negligence, trucking accidents, product liability, professional malpractice and wrongful death.  He represents people who have been wrongfully killed or seriously injured through the fault of others.  He has many record breaking verdicts including several trucking accident jury awards exceeding 10 million dollars.  He has been named one of the top 100 consumer attorneys in Illinois by Leading Lawyers Network.  Law & Politics Magazine selected him as one of the top 5% of the Illinois bar.  He has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Society of Trial Attorneys.

He has been an adjunct law professor at DePaul University College of Law in trial advocacy. He is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and is on the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.  He has lectured and is an author on various topics concerning accident victims' rights.

Mark McNabola is an active trial lawyer who believes in representing his clients throughout their relationship and does not delegate his primary responsibilities to another lawyer. He believes that unless a lawyer is willing to take a case to jury trial, insurance companies will never pay the full value of a case.  He is in the courtrooms of Illinois fighting for victims' rights and has a success rate in excess of 90% in all cases he takes to trial.  In almost 25 years, there has only been one occasion that the verdict achieved was not greater than the amount of money offered by the insurance company to his clients.  He is a full-time lawyer who timely responds to clients' questions and needs.
