Since 1979, the Law Offices of John F. Martin has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide variety of employment, personal injury, and consumer matters. Our senior partner has over 34 years experience in litigating cases in California and Federal Courts.

Our firm's expertise is the representation of employees in discrimination, harassment and retaliation complaints against their employers, including private corporation and state and local governmental entities. We also handle Labor Code violations, breaches of employment contracts, and other employment related litigation. We offer brief document review services to employees who need legal advice on signing settlement agreements and severance packages. We assist disabled employees to perfect and win their private insurance claims for long-term and short-term disability plans and, when necessary, utilize federal ERISA law to litigate for employee's rights to these benefits.
