Vince Maloney has more than 20 years of experience handling a wide range of complex commercial litigation cases. His practice includes matters involving the travel, hotel and lodging industries, as well as construction disputes, class actions, securities, real estate, textiles, product liability, tort defense and insurance coverage. Vince has served as national and regional trial counsel for numerous companies in the commercial, product liability and tort areas of law. He has also represented various hotel owners in connection with hotel management agreement disputes.
Vince's experience includes:
- Trial counsel for travel industry global distribution system
- Represented client in connection with development of O'Hare Airport and related issues
- Represented client in securing a $31 million judgment in a breach of contract case after summary judgment and trial
- Represented minority shareholder in securing a $19 million judgment as the value of the client's minority share in a hotel company
- Represented developer in securing multi-million award in international arbitration
- Represented travel industry global distribution supplier in securing $1.4 million judgment after trial in breach of contract case
