Lawyer Overview

• Represent employers in arbitration, mediation, settlement negotiations, as well as before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the EEOC, DFEH and non-California counterparts, DLSE, EDD, U.S. Department of Labor, NLRB, and PERB.



• Provide advice and strategic planning regarding complex personnel policies and decisions including employment discrimination, harassment, reductions in force, discipline and terminations, disability and accommodation issues, wage and hour law, and union/collective bargaining issues. Advise federal contractor/employers in preparation of Affirmative Action Plans and represent employers in compliance evaluations by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
