Mr. Jeske has extensive experience defending financial services clients in securities fraud matters, including shareholder class action and derivative litigation. In addition, Mr. Jeske regularly defends banks, broker-dealers, underwriters, issuers and their employees in enforcement proceedings brought by the SEC, FINRA, or other regulatory agencies. Mr. Jeske has also conducted several large internal investigations on behalf of publicly traded clients.

Mr. Jeske was named to BTI Consulting Group's coveted Client Services All Star Team for 2009. This honor is bestowed upon individual attorneys who deliver outstanding client service according to corporate counsel interviewed at Fortune 1000 companies.

Mr. Jeske received his law degree, magna cum laude, in 1989 and his bachelor's degree in economics in 1986 from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Jeske is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Third, Seventh and Ninth Circuits.
