Mr. Marfice's practice emphasizes a broad range of real estate related disciplines, with a litigation emphasis. He has an AV-rating with Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Marfice has represented property owners in title disputes, easement and boundary line disagreements, covenant enforcements, eminent domain actions, and contract disputes. He has authored and presented numerous continuing education courses for real estate brokers, agents, land surveyors, attorneys, and allied professionals.
