Law Firm Overview

I have devoted my entire 37 years of legal practice representing injured and disabled claimants exclusively.

I represent individuals that have been injured on the job, whether by accident or strain caused by repetitive physical activity.  It is my job, as an attorney, to secure proper medical treatment, weekly benefits and settlement or award for any permanency.

I, also, represent individuals that have become disabled from sickness or trauma and have been denied Social Security Disability Insurance benefits.  Normally, this entails an Administrative Hearing.

In both Workers compensation and/or Social Security appeals, my fee is set by State or Federal Law and is only allowed where there is a successful recovery for the client; otherwise there is no fee.

I handle each case and client personally with direct contact by telephone or in person; all clients receive a copy of any correspondence which pertains to his or her case. Each task and telephone call is given sane-day attention.
