  Charles J. Weiss, a Partner at Timoney Knox, has been a litigator with the firm since 1972, trying innumerable cases in state and federal courts. He handles cases involving serious personal injury, contract, commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation, employment/civil rights, and criminal defense.  He has a well-deserved reputation as a highly-skilled trial attorney and has handled appeals for other attorneys in several areas of the law.  

  Mr. Weiss graduated magna cum laude with a degree in business administration from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania. He received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society for law school graduates.

  Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1972, Mr. Weiss is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania; U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

  Mr. Weiss is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association, and is active in many local and community affairs.
