Robert has substantial experience in the representation of creditors, debtors and other litigants in Federal, Bankruptcy and State Courts. Robert is a certified mediator and has served as a court appointed arbitrator or mediator in commercial and business disputes. Robert serves as a Trustee or other representative of numerous family and financial trusts and other fiduciary entities.
Robert also represents numerous clients in the startup, purchase, financing and sale of assets and businesses
