DOMESTIC RELATIONS

Nordin & Sturino, P.C. fields questions, negotiates agreements, and litigates in all areas of family law, including prenuptial agreements, adoptions, divorce, custody, support, property, parentage, and visitation.

REAL ESTATE

Our real estate services include advice, counsel, document review, drafting, negotiation, and participation in the purchase, sale, exchange, and leasing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. We are also an attorney agent for First American Title Insurance, one of the largest title insurance companies in the country.

BUSINESS REPRESENTATION

We represent sole proprietors, partnerships, corporations and individuals, in connection with their businesses. Services include initial business formation, purchase and sale of stock and assets, franchise transactions, corporate transactions, buy/sell agreements, contracts, collection, and dissolution.

LITIGATION

We represent plaintiffs and defendants engaged in general civil litigation, including breach of contract, collections, mortgage foreclosure, sales of goods, contested estates, domestic relations, real estate, and landlord/tenant disputes.

WILLS AND ESTATES

We furnish counseling, and prepare documents including wills, trusts, living wills, and powers of attorney for health care and for property. We represent executors, administrators, and other representatives of decedents, minors, and disabled persons.

BANKRUPTCY

Our firm assists individual and commercial clients in bankruptcy and creditor's rights. We represent individuals, partnerships, and corporations in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, primarily in the Northern District of Illinois.

PERSONAL INJURY AND WORKERS COMPENSATION

We represent plaintiffs who have sustained personal bodily injuries resulting from work place accidents and the negligence of third persons.
