George Haggerty & Associates represents  some of the country's largest mortgage lenders in New York State as well as individual parties in residential and commercial real property transactions. The firm is an authorized representive of a major national title underwriter and  is authorized to issue title examination reports, committments  and policies on real property  transactions in New York State. The firm has undertaken complex commerical as well as residential mortgage fiannce modifications and consolidation agreements for 25 years. George Haggerty serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Associaiton. Mr. Haggerty chairs the Sections committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law and has written published articles and delivered CLE lectures dealing with real estate law, legal ethics and title services.
