One of the oldest firms in the southern New Jersey area has a high reputation for successful results in general litigation, in both the Federal and State courts, including plaintiff's personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability claims. The remaining founding partner, Gerald M. Eisenstat has to his credit some of the largest personal injury recoveries in the State of New Jersey.
