Lawyer Overview

Ms. Seffer represents a nationwide base of clients inforeclosure and bankruptcy litigation. She has made frequent appearances inboth Chancery courts and Bankruptcy courts advocating her client's rights. She has written and lectured extensively in her areas of specialization,including updating Law of Mortgages, issued by West Publishing. Shehas been a Special Master of the Bankruptcy Inns of Court, where she instructed recentgraduates about practice before the Bankruptcy Bench. At the invitation ofthe Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey, Ms. Seffer has served asa panelist at the Annual Bankruptcy Bench and Bar Conference.

Prior to joining Fein, Such, Kahn and Shepard, Ms.Seffer was as a partner at the firm of Zucker, Goldberg & Ackerman, locatedin Mountainside, New Jersey. She is a member of the American BarAssociation and New Jersey Bar Association.
