Attorney Michael J. Whitten has been practicing law in the Dallas area for over 34 years. A graduate of North Texas State University, he obtained his J.D. from the University of Texas and is admitted to practice in Texas state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a past president of the: Denton County Bar Association, and a member of the North Texas and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit.
