Professional Experience
Holli was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 1985; the District of Columbia in 1988; and Michigan in 1990. Holli is a member of the firm, and focuses her practice on electronic banking, bank regulatory, electronic commerce, and credit card processing law. Holli has served as Staff Attorney at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Washington D.C., and as Staff Counsel to Michigan National Corporation. Holli is President of the Electronic Transactions Association and Past President and Founder of Women Networking in Electronic Transactions (W.net). She currently serves as Chairperson of the Jaffe Finance Law Group.

Electronic Banking and Commerce
Holli counsels financial institutions and merchant-acquiring, electronic fund transfer, loyalty card, and electronic commerce businesses on contractual and regulatory matters. As advisor to companies in the credit card processing industry internationally, Holli advises clients on strategic direction, and negotiates independent sales organization, BIN, agent bank, and association contracts. She handles troubled and bankrupt merchant matters, reducing merchant acquirers' risk of loss. Holli negotiates merchant portfolio and card processing industry mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Holli counsels companies engaged in the payments business, negotiating contracts and advising companies on electronic fund transfer regulatory issues and on state and Federal laws. She is a frequent author and speaker at industry forums, and is a contributing author to The 1999 Guide to Smart Cards and Stored Value. Holli is President of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) and Past President and Founder of Women Networking in Electronic Transactions (W.net).
