My job is to guide clients through difficult situations while achieving positive results; something I have he been doing successfully for years. After all the essential information and documentation have been obtained, it is generally in the clients' best interest to resolve matters through negotiated settlement. This minimizes both the emotional turmoil and substantial costs of protracted litigation. Should it become necessary, however, to take a case to trial, I am an experienced, forceful advocate. Keen legal analysis, thorough preparation, and an appreciation of my clients' ultimate goals characterize my practice. I will always discuss options and alternatives and may make recommendations based on my experience. Nevertheless, the final decision always lies with the client.
